The permissions problem is now fixed for most users. The maintenance period is expected to last until 9pm.

We are upgrading all Secure Clinic customers to the latest version of the software. This major update will allow clients to manage an appointments diary for their patients which is integrated directly into the Secure Clinic EHR.

No unavailability is anticipated during this upgrade, however it has been scheduled outside of UK office hours to reduce the risk from unexpected problems. We will update you by email with any changes to the schedule.

Users logging in during the upgrade may experience unexpected behaviour or errors, and use of the system during this period for important tasks is not advised.

The feature will be available to try immediately after the maintenance window.
